We understand the importance of working closely with parents and our role in helping to support parents with raising their children. We offer an exceptional service, providing parents with detailed feedback and transparency at all times.

We are proud to work with Nursery In a Box to enable parents to access a bespoke “Child Journey” app. The Nursery In a Box technology allows high quality, in-depth observations documenting your child’s learning to be shared instantly with parents/carers. Parents can see progression and significant learning observations linked to our curriculum and frameworks. In addition, a child’s key worker will share snapshots of what your child is doing at the nursery through our child diary system.

  • Invoices & payments at a glance (including combined or per-child balances to support Tax-Free Childcare).

  • Booking changes & extra sessions — send requests straight from the app; keep contact details, permissions and consents up to date.

  • Termly review & written report by your child’s Key Person, based on observations and progress.

  • Progress check at age 2 in line with government guidance.

  • Termly parent evenings plus day-to-day conversations at drop-off/pick-up and by appointment.

Nursery in a Box uses industry-standard security and encryption, and is designed to support GDPR-compliant practice in early years settings.
